About CareerJump Solutions
CareerJump Solutions is a nonprofit 501©3 organization whose mission is to offer a faith-based job-readiness training program to those in need. CJS was developed to assist high school students, unemployed, underemployed and unskilled individuals with the ability to become self-sufficient and increase ones earnings potential through meaningful employment.
With high unemployment rates, student drop-outs, countless individuals receiving government assistance and correctional facilities overflowing, CJS is the solution! At CJS, we want to do our small part in restoring lives and redefining futures.
What We Do
With practical instruction and one-on-one mentoring conducted by a team of highly-skilled professionals, CJS offers onsite programs that include:
- soft-skills training
- skills assessment
- vocational planning
- resume writing
- interviewing skills and techniques
- job-search guidance and
- Entry-level computer skills.
CareerJump Solutions Inc., (CJS) is a private nonprofit organization owned and operated by Shelley Hall. As a female minority business owner, Shelley has always been drawn to underperformers and those lacking self-confidence to advance in their work environment. Over time, the passion Shelley had for helping others succeed materialized into a job-readiness program now known as CareerJump Solutions, Inc.,.
Shelley’s experience includes 20+ years of corporate employment ranging from small organizations to fortune 500 companies, serving in a professional mentoring capacity, extensive professional training, volunteering with the homeless and leading Junior Achievement training in the school system. Complimenting her experience, her educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration.
